INDICATIONS AND CLINICAL USE COTAZYM® (pancreatic enzymes) is indicated for the treatment of pancreatic insufficiency attributed to cystic fibrosis, chronic pancreatitis, or any other medically defined pancreatic disease that might require pancreatic enzyme therapy. Geriatrics (> 65 years of age): Clinical studies of COTAZYM® in geriatric patients have not been conducted.
