INDICATIONS AND CLINICAL USE APO-BROMAZEPAM (bromazepam) is useful for the short-term, symptomatic relief of manifestations of excessive anxiety in patients with anxiety neurosis. Geriatrics: Long-term use of APO-BROMAZEPAM should be avoided in elderly patients. Enhanced monitoring is recommended (see WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS, Falls and fractures; DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION, Dosing considerations). Pediatrics: APO-BROMAZEPAM is not recommended for children under 18 years of age (see WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS, Special Populations, Pediatrics).
