1 INDICATIONS SPIRIVA (tiotropium bromide monohydrate) is indicated for:  long-term once-daily maintenance bronchodilator treatment of airflow obstruction in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and/or emphysema.
