What the Health Canada label says it is for
INDICATIONS AND CLINICAL USE FASLODEX® (fulvestrant) is indicated for the:  treatment of estrogen receptor-positive, human epidermal growth receptor 2 (HER2)- negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer in postmenopausal women not previously treated with endocrine therapy, or  hormonal treatment of locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer in postmenopausal women, regardless of age, who have disease progression following prior anti-estrogen therapy. Geriatrics: No changes in dose are necessary for elderly patients.
