1. Indications FINACEA (azelaic acid) is indicated for: • Topical treatment of inflammatory papules and pustules and erythema of mild to moderate rosacea. 1.1. Pediatrics Pediatrics (<18 years of age): Based on the data submitted and reviewed by Health Canada, the safety and efficacy of FINACEA in pediatric patients have not been established; therefore, Health Canada has not authorized an indication for pediatric use (see 7 Warnings and Precautions). 1.2.
