1 INDICATIONS Adults ISENTRESS® and ISENTRESS HD® (raltegravir) are indicated in combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) infection in adult patients. 1.1 Pediatrics Pediatrics (2 - 18 years of age and weighing at least 7kg): ISENTRESS® is indicated in combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of HIV-1 infection in children and adolescents 2 years of age and older with body weight at least 7 kg. ISENTRESS® has not been authorized for pediatric patients less than 2 years of age or weighing less than 7 kg. ISENTRESS HD® is indicated in combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of HIV-1 infection in pediatric patients weighing at least 40 kg.
