INDICATIONS AND CLINICAL USE TEVA-CHLORPROMAZINE (Chlorpromazine Hydrochloride) is indicated for:  Management of psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia.  Prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting when other agents are ineffective or unavailable. Geriatrics (> 65 years of age): TEVA-CHLORPROMAZINE is not indicated in elderly patients with dementia. The safety and efficacy of TEVA-CHLORPROMAZINE in patients 65 years of age or older have not been studied (see WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS, Serious Warnings and Precautions Box and Special Populations).
