1 INDICATIONS ZESTORETIC (lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide) is indicated for: • The treatment of essential hypertension in patients for whom combination therapy is appropriate. ZESTORETIC is not indicated for initial therapy (see 4 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION). Patients in whom lisinopril and diuretic are initiated simultaneously can develop symptomatic hypotension (see 9 DRUG INTERACTIONS).
