1 INDICATIONS MICARDIS PLUS (80 mg telmisartan/12.5 mg hydrochlorothiazide) is indicated for: • treatment of mild to moderate essential hypertension in patients in whom combination therapy with telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide is considered appropriate. MICARDIS PLUS (80 mg telmisartan/25 mg hydrochlorothiazide) is indicated for: • treatment of patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by MICARDIS PLUS 80 mg/12.5 mg or patients who have been previously stabilised on telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide given separately.
