1 Indications TRIUMEQ (dolutegravir, abacavir, and lamivudine) is indicated for the treatment of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV-1) infection in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older and weighing at least 40 kg. 1.1 Pediatrics Pediatrics (<12 years of age and weighing less than 40 kg): No data are available to Health Canada; therefore, Health Canada has not authorized an indication for pediatric use <12 years of age and weighing less than 40 kg. Pediatrics (>12 to 18 years of age and weighing at least 40 kg): Based on the data submitted and reviewed by Health Canada, the safety and efficacy of TRIUMEQ in pediatric patients >12 to 18 years of age and weighing at least 40 kg has been established.
