1 Indications DELSTRIGO® (doravirine/lamivudine/tenofovir disoproxil fumarate) is indicated as a complete regimen for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1) infection in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older and weighing at least 35 kg without past or present evidence of viral resistance to doravirine, lamivudine, or tenofovir. 1.1 Pediatrics Pediatrics ( 12 to < 18 years of age): The safety and efficacy of DELSTRIGO® in pediatric patients 12 years of age and older and weighing at least 35 kg receiving DELSTRIGO® once daily have been established (see 8.2.1 Clinical Trial Adverse Reactions – Pediatrics and 14 Clinical trial).
