1 Indications DOVATO (dolutegravir and lamivudine) is indicated as a complete regimen for the treatment of Human Immunodeficiency Virus type 1 (HIV-1) infection in adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older and weighing at least 40 kg. 1.1 Pediatrics Pediatrics (<18 years of age): Safety and efficacy of DOVATO in pediatric patients less than 12 years of age have not been established. There are no clinical study data with DOVATO in the adolescent population.
