1 INDICATIONS XCOPRI (cenobamate tablets) is indicated as: • adjunctive therapy in the management of partial-onset seizures in adults with epilepsy who are not satisfactorily controlled with conventional therapy. 1.1 Pediatrics Pediatrics (<18 years of age): No data are available to Health Canada; therefore, Health Canada has not authorized an indication for pediatric use. 1.2 Geriatrics Geriatrics (≥65 years of age): Clinical studies of XCOPRI did not include enough patients aged 65 years and over (n = 48) to determine whether they respond differently compared to younger patients.
